1. The Promoter The giveaway is run by Acme Tackle (the "Promoter"). 2. The Giveaway • Giveaway Title: Ice Show Giveaways • Prize: we are giving away [6] individual prize packs consisting of tackle, lures and ice fishing equipment, valued at $100 each • Giveaway Period: The entry window runs from December 5, 2025 to December 14, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible. 3. How to Enter To enter the giveaway, participants must successfully complete the following action(s): • Visit our booth at either the St Paul Ice Show or Wisconsin Ice Expo in December 2025. • Scan the QR code displayed at the booth, fill out and submit the from on the corresponding web page. • Agree to the Giveaway Terms and Conditions. Only one entry per person per day is permitted. 4. Eligibility • The giveaway is open to attendees of the St Paul Ice Show and/or Wisconsin Ice Expo. • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 5. Winner Selection and Notification • The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. • The winner will be notified via email within 10 days of the closing date. • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner. 6. Data Protection By entering, you agree that your personal data (including your name and email address) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this giveaway and for receiving future marketing communications from us. 7. General Conditions • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
